Its eight interconnected practices are organized into three stages: ethical conduct, mental discipline, and wisdom. In our every day lives, through right intentions and actions, we pave the way for mental focus and mindful awareness. That eventually leads to right understanding and wisdom which paves the way to liberation from the cycle of suffering. Our lives become a continuous process of growth and transformation. Each step brings us closer to inner peace and lasting joy in our lifelong journeys.
